Life Changing Prayer

Pray Daily for Yourself and for Others

Gracious Heavenly Father,

Thank you, LORD, for your grace and mercy that are over all your works, and that I am Your workmanship.
I am grateful for Your many blessings over me. Thank you that You bring hope even in the toughest of times, through Your word.
Strengthen me each day for your purposes.

I ask Lord, that You place a hedge of protection around me. Grow and mold me into Your likeness. Make me know Your ways, teach me Your paths, lead me in Your truth. Transform my life such that my focus is riveted on the Cross.

Pour Your wisdom, understanding, and truth into my heart overflowing. Create in me a contrite heart, a humble heart, a faithful heart, a clean heart, an obedient heart, a submissive heart, a pure heart, and a heart of reconciliation.

Set my heart to seek You such that I will continually be increasing in knowledge of You; And that I will walk in a manner worthy of You, toward Your light and away from darkness.

Instill within my heart a desire to know You and a passion to read Your Word. I pray that I will hunger and thirst after Your will. I pray that You will so work in my life that I will bring honor and glory to Your Holy name.

Give me a sensitivity to Your presence and Your voice. Touch and remove every obstacle of sin and wrong thinking in my life that prevents fellowship with You. Holy Father, I pray that I will have Your perspective in all circumstances of life.
Sanctify me in truth.

Remove from me all self-centeredness, self-confidence, self-assurance, self-indulgence, self-satisfaction, self-vindication, self-reliance, self-ego, self-pity, self-focus, self-promotion, self-righteousness, self-sufficiency, and any self-seeking or self-serving attitudes. Crucify all of "self."
I pray that I may stand perfect and fully assured in all of Your will.

I pray I will be recklessly abandoned and totally surrendered to You. Establish Your Word to me, Your servant, as that which produces reverence for You.

Holy Father, I ask these things, in the name of Jesus.
Amen.
